1. General

By accessing this website and purchasing from Silver Designs Co, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this website.

2. Products & Descriptions

Silver Designs Co offers both in-stock and pre-order children’s clothing and related items.

We take care to accurately display product colours, sizing, and descriptions. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and fabric dye batches.

3. Orders

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure all details, including sizing and shipping address, are correct before checkout.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made available for purchase before they are in stock.

Estimated shipping timeframes for pre-orders are provided on the product page and are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or customs.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for change of mind once placed.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Prices may change without notice.

6. Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only. Silver Designs Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility passes to the customer. Silver Designs Co is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once handed to the postal carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at silverdesignsbarcaldine@outlook.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 8 fir street Barcaldine QLD 4725.

If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items that are seconds, pre orders or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, refund for change of mind is either store credit or bank transfer we will decide this when you submit a request for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

8. Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale unless faulty.

9. Care & Use

Silver Designs Co is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or normal wear and tear. Please follow care instructions provided with your garment.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, text, and product concepts, are the property of Silver Designs Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Designs Co is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

13. Changes to Terms

Silver Designs Co reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
